Inside each pack is a vacuum sealed gel pack.

Each pack is approximately 8x10 inches, with two 14 inch straps and velcro for ease in securing in place.

Easily remove the cold pack by opening the plastic snaps, slide the pack out and toss in the laundry.  Fabric is machine washable.  Cold pack are not machine washable.  They clean up nicely (if required) by rinsing under warm water and patting dry with a towel.
